Y plonger le porc pr\u00e9alablement coup\u00e9 en tranches d&rsquo;un cm. Laisser mariner 4 heures au frais.<\/p>\n<p>Egoutter les tranches et les faire caram\u00e9liser dans une po\u00eale avec de l&rsquo;huile. Ajouter la marinade et cuire \u00e0 couvert pendant 25 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Enlever les morceaux de viande et faire r\u00e9duire la sauce.<\/p>\n<p>Au moment de servir, verser la sauce sur la viande.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Aubergines Nasu Danku :<\/p>\n<p>Ingr\u00e9dients :<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; graines de s\u00e9same torr\u00e9fi\u00e9es<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 3c\u00e0s de miso<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 3c\u00e0s de sak\u00e9 doux<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 2 c\u00e0s de sauce soja<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 2 c\u00e0s de sucre roux<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; huile d&rsquo;arachide<\/p>\n<p>Laver et s\u00e9cher les aubergines, et les tailler en 4 dans le sens de la longueur.<\/p>\n<p>Faire chauffer l&rsquo;huile dans une po\u00eale et faire revenir les aubergines (jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;elles soient cuites).<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e9parer la sauce en m\u00e9langeant le miso, le sak\u00e9 et le sucre.<\/p>\n<p>Eponger les aubergines sur du papier essuie-tout.
