J&rsquo;ai chang\u00e9 uniquement le temps de repos.<\/p>\n<p>Ingr\u00e9dients :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>500 g de farine<\/li>\n<li>25 cl de lait<\/li>\n<li>1 oeuf<\/li>\n<li>20 g de levure de boulanger<\/li>\n<li>60 g de beurre \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante<\/li>\n<li>50 g de sucre en poudre<\/li>\n<li>2 cuil. \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de sel<\/li>\n<li>Dorure\u00a0: 1 oeuf<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration\u00a0:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tamisez la farine dans un r\u00e9cipient, ajoutez-y le sel et le sucre, l\u2019oeuf, le lait et la levure en miettes<\/p>\n<p>P\u00e9trir la p\u00e2te jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019elle se d\u00e9colle des bords. Ajoutez ensuite le beurre \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante et coup\u00e9 en d\u00e9s. P\u00e9trir \u00e0 nouveau pour incorporer le beurre mais pas trop longtemps pour ne pas \u00ab\u00a0r\u00e9chauffer\u00a0\u00bb la p\u00e2te<br \/>\nLaissez reposer la p\u00e2te \u00e0 brioche 1h \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante ou si on est en hiver, dans un four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 30\u00b0C (mettre un linge sur le saladier), elle doit doubler de volume. Rabaissez la p\u00e2te pour chasser l\u2019air.<br \/>\nD\u00e9coupez la p\u00e2te en 3 patons et laisser-les reposer 15 min \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante. Formez ensuite 3 boudins de 60-70 cm de long. Fa\u00e7onnez une natte avec les 3 boudins et d\u00e9posez la brioche sur une plaque recouverte d&rsquo;un linge.<br \/>\nLaissez reposer la brioche de 1h \u00e0 1h30 \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante puis dorez-la au pinceau avec l\u2019oeuf battu<br \/>\nPr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 170-175\u00b0C (th 5-6) et enfournez la brioche durant 25 \u00e0 30 minutes<\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Cette recette vient du site\u00a0http:\/\/www.recette-dessert.com\/brioche-tressee-r719.htm\u00a0, tr\u00e8s bonne recette.
