Ajouter l&rsquo;\u00e9quivalent de 2 c\u00e0s d&rsquo;herbes de Provence. Faire un puits, et mettre les oeufs un par un en m\u00e9langeant entre chaque \u0153uf. Ajouter l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive, et bien p\u00e9trir la p\u00e2te pendant 5 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Faire\u00a04 feuilles de p\u00e2te \u00e0 lasagne au\u00a0laminoir,\u00a0d&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur moyenne.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00e9langer le ch\u00e8vre et la cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche et poivrer abondamment ce m\u00e9lange. Le mettre \u00e0 chauffer \u00e0 feu moyen jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le ch\u00e8vre fonde dans la cr\u00e8me.<\/p>\n<p>Dans un plat allant au four, mettre un peu de cr\u00e8me au ch\u00e8vre en dessous pour \u00e9viter que la p\u00e2te colle, placer une feuille de p\u00e2te, la moiti\u00e9 des tranches de bacon coup\u00e9es en d\u00e9s et un\u00a0quart du m\u00e9lange ch\u00e8vre\/cr\u00e8me. Ajouter une feuille de lasagne, le second quart du m\u00e9lange ch\u00e8vre\/cr\u00e8me et la pancetta coup\u00e9e en d\u00e9s. Ajouter la 3\u00e8me p\u00e2te \u00e0 lasagne puis\u00a0la seconde moiti\u00e9 du bacon coup\u00e9e en d\u00e9s et le 3\u00e8me quart de m\u00e9lange \u00e0 la cr\u00e8me. Ajouter ensuite la quatri\u00e8me p\u00e2te et mettre le dernier quart de la cr\u00e8me. D\u00e9poser des d\u00e9s de mozzarella par dessus.<\/p>\n<p>Cuire au four 35 minutes \u00e0 180\u00b0C.
