Pour cela, mettre des baguettes japonaises sur la table, une patate entre les 2 baguettes et couper en lamelles. Le couteau s&rsquo;arr\u00eatera sur les baguettes ce qui \u00e9vitera de couper la patate compl\u00e8tement.<\/p>\n<p>Dans les rainures cr\u00e9\u00e9es mettre du reblochon dans certaines rainures, et des lamelles de tranches de viande de grison dans d&rsquo;autres rainures. Mettre des d\u00e9s de beurre dessus. Faire cuire 45 minutes au four.<\/p>\n<p>Couper l&rsquo;oignon en d\u00e9s. Le faire revenir dans un peu d&rsquo;huile. Quand l&rsquo;oignon est dor\u00e9, ajouter le vin blanc et le fond de veau. Faire r\u00e9duire de moiti\u00e9. Ajouter la cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche et le \u00a0 reblochon \u00e9pluch\u00e9 et coup\u00e9 en d\u00e9s. Faire fondre le reblochon jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que la sauce soit onctueuse.<\/p>\n<p>Faire revenir les filets de veau.
