Fermer le papier alu.<\/p>\n<p>Laisser mariner 24 heures au frais en enlevant de temps en temps l\u2019eau.<\/p>\n<p>Ensuite, \u00e9ponger le saumon avec du papier absorbant.<\/p>\n<p>Tailler le saumon en tranches.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est simple \u00e0 faire et divin\u00a0!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Avec j\u2019ai fait cette sauce aigre-douce\u00a0:<\/p>\n<p>1.5 c\u00e0s de moutarde<\/p>\n<p>1\/c c\u00e0s de sucre<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd c\u00e0s de vinaigre de cidre<\/p>\n<p>5 cl d\u2019huile d\u2019arachide<\/p>\n<p>1 branche d\u2019aneth (on hache l\u2019aneth)<\/p>\n<p>Du poivre, du sel.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>M\u00e9langer la moutarde, le sucre et le vinaigre.
