Tremper ces derniers dans un saladier contenant de la sauce soja et le jus de citron. On peut opter pour\u00a01 ramequin par oeuf\u00a0et r\u00e9partir la sauve soja et le jus de citron. Laisser mariner les jaunes pendant 45 minutes, en versant r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement un peu de sauce sur le dessus du jaune (qui flotte naturellement). Le jaune va cuire dans la sauce.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00e9langer les blancs, la coriandre, le gingembre et le piment ensemble.<\/p>\n<p>Dans une po\u00eale, verser une c\u00e0s d&rsquo;huile de s\u00e9same. Faire chauffer puis verser les blancs dessus.
