Bien les faire s\u00e9cher sur du papier essuie-tout.<\/p>\n<p>Prendre du film \u00e9tirable resistant \u00e0 la chaleur, placer des feuilles sur le haut, en les superposant, comme pour faire des makis. Saler et poivrer.<\/p>\n<p>Couper le cabillaud en 3 dans le sens de la longueur pour faire des longs tron\u00e7ons.<\/p>\n<p>Placer un morceau sur les feuilles d&rsquo;\u00e9pinard et d\u00e9poser des feuilles de basilic dessus. Rouler\u00a0le film autour de la pr\u00e9paration\u00a0comme pour faire des makis. Le but est que les \u00e9pinards couvrent compl\u00e8tement le poisson, et que le film soit autour du \u00ab\u00a0boudin\u00a0\u00bb pour le maintenir en place.<\/p>\n<p>Faire de m\u00eame avec les autres morceaux de lieu.<\/p>\n<p>Laisser reposer ces rouleaux 30 minutes au frigo.<\/p>\n<p>Faire cuire les\u00a0makis de cabillaud\u00a015 minutes \u00e0 la vapeur.<\/p>\n<p>Pendant ce temps m\u00e9langer le fromage blanc avec le raifort et les tomates s\u00e9ch\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Couper les rouleaux en makis.
