Les tremper dans l&rsquo;eau froide pour stopper la cuisson. Les \u00e9plucher, et les couper en tranches.<\/p>\n<p>Couper 5 tranches de camembert au centre du camembert, et couper le reste en d\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Etaler la p\u00e2te bris\u00e9e et la d\u00e9poser dans un plat \u00e0 tartes. D\u00e9poser les pommes de terre dessus, puis les cubes de camembert \u00e0 r\u00e9partir entre les pommes de terre.<\/p>\n<p>Battre les oeufs, ajouter la cr\u00e8me, un peu de sel et du poivre. Verser cet apareil dans le plat.
