Couper la f\u00eata en petits d\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Prendre 1\/4 de la f\u00eata et la totalit\u00e9 des champignons, ajouter un peu de persil\u00a0et les faire revenir dans une po\u00eale. M\u00e9langer cette partie \u00e0 la viande et ajouter l&rsquo;oeuf. Bien m\u00e9langer, et fa\u00e7onner 4 steaks. Cuire ces steaks \u00e0 la po\u00eale dans de l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive.<\/p>\n<p>Efriter le reste de la f\u00eata.<\/p>\n<p>Faire griller les aubergines au grill pendant 15 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Couper en 2 les aubergines dans le sens de la longueur. Couper l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur en d\u00e9s. Attention \u00e0 ne pas couper la peau. Laisser la chair dans l&rsquo;aubergine. Verser un filet d&rsquo;huile dessus. Parsemer de persil, de sel, de poivre\u00a0puis, de f\u00eata.<\/p>\n<p>Couper les tomates en 2, verser un peu d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive, du sel, du poivre et de la f\u00eata.<\/p>\n<p>Faire revenir les l\u00e9gumes 10 minutes \u00e0 200\u00b0C. A la fin, mettre un peu au grill pour que la f\u00eata soit bien dor\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Une fois cuites verser sur l&rsquo;aubergine et la tomate un filet d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive et de vinaigre.
