Attention \u00e0 ne pas qu&rsquo;elles soient trop cuites\u00a0car elles vont un peu cuire lors de la cuisson de la tarte ; arr\u00eater donc la cuisson quand elles sont encore tr\u00e8s l\u00e9g\u00e8rement fermes. Les \u00e9plucher et les couper en rondelles.<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 180\u00b0C.<\/p>\n<p>Dans un saladier, fouetter les \u0153ufs, la cr\u00e8me fraiche, saler, poivrer, ajouter un peu de ciboulette cisel\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Couper le jambon en d\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Etaler la p\u00e2te bris\u00e9e. D\u00e9poser dessus les rondelles de pommes de terre et le jambon.<\/p>\n<p>Couper le brillat savarin en tranches, et d\u00e9poser les tranches sur les patates.
