Emincer les oignons. M\u00e9langer les patates, les oignons, les lardons et la cr\u00e8me. Saler, poivrer et ajouter de la muscade. Verser la pr\u00e9paration dans un plat allant au four. Verser le vin blanc dessus.<\/p>\n<p>Couper en 2 le reblochon, puis couper chaque moiti\u00e9 dans le sens de l&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur. D\u00e9poser le reblochon sur les pommes de terre, peau vers le dessus.<\/p>\n<p>Cuire 45 minutes \u00e0 180\u00b0C. En principe, dans la recette traditionnelle, on cuit les pommes de terre au pr\u00e9alable puis on finit la cuisson au four, mais moi, je pr\u00e9f\u00e8re effectuer la totalit\u00e9 de la cuisson au four.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Pour l&rsquo;accompagnement, j&rsquo;ai mis une petite salade de tomates cerises et de concombres coup\u00e9s \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9conome pour faire des esp\u00e8ces de tagliatelles. J&rsquo;ai fait une vinaigrette huile d&rsquo;olive, vinaigre de framboise, sel et poivre.
