Eplucher et couper les Morteau en lamelles puis chaque lamelle en 2. Il est normal que la saucisse soit en l\u00e9ger manque de cuisson \u00e0 cette \u00e9tape de la recette.<\/p>\n<p>Cuire les p\u00e2tes al dente.<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 220\u00b0C.<\/p>\n<p>Couper les oignons en petits d\u00e9s. Les faire revenir dans de l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive. Une fois qu&rsquo;ils sont translucides, ajouter le vin blanc et prolonger la cuisson jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le vin ait r\u00e9duit de moiti\u00e9. Ajouter la saucisse de Morteau et continuer 5 minutes la cuisson. Saler (mais pas trop)\u00a0et poivrer.<\/p>\n<p>Couper la tomme de d\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Dans un plat, verser les p\u00e2tes, puis la pr\u00e9paration saucisse\/oignons\/vin blanc et les d\u00e9s de tomme. Bien m\u00e9langer. Verser du gruy\u00e8re r\u00e2p\u00e9 sur le dessus.<\/p>\n<p>Faire gratiner 10 minutes au four \u00e0 220\u00b0C.
