Ajouter le beurre coup\u00e9 en parcelles et bien m\u00e9langer. Quand la p\u00e2te est bien granuleuse, ajouter l&rsquo;\u0153uf et bien m\u00e9langer jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que la p\u00e2te soit homog\u00e8ne.<\/p>\n<p>Faire cuire la p\u00e2te \u00e0 blanc 10 minutes \u00e0 170\u00b0C.<\/p>\n<p>Et j&rsquo;ai pris la ganache de la recette de Fr\u00e9d\u00e9rique Anton. J&rsquo;ai doubl\u00e9 le dosage car ma tarte est large,\u00a0et j&rsquo;ai ajout\u00e9 les rondelles d&rsquo;une dizaine de framboises. Voici la recette.<\/p>\n<p><b>Pour la ganache :<\/b><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 100 g \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 de lait<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 240 g \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 de cr\u00e8me fleurette<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 240 g \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 de chocolat \u00e0 60%<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;\u00a024 g \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 de beurre<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;\u00a04\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 petits oeufs<\/p>\n<p><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 170\u00b0C.<\/p>\n<p>Concasser le chocolat dans un cul de poule. Dans une casserole, faire bouillir le lait, le beurre et le cr\u00e8me. Verser ce m\u00e9lange sur le chocolat. M\u00e9langer d\u00e9licatement en veillant \u00e0 ne pas faire de bulles. Battre l\u00e9g\u00e8rement les oeufs, puis les ajouter \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration. A la fin de la pr\u00e9paration, avant de verser la ganache sur la p\u00e2te, ajouter les rondelles de framboises.<\/p>\n<p>Verser ce m\u00e9lange dans le fond de la tarte pr\u00e9alablement cuite \u00e0 blanc, \u00e9teindre le four et enfourner pendant 15 minutes pour laisser cuire doucement \u00e0 four \u00e9teint.<br \/>\nFermer le four, laisser cuire 15 minutes.<br \/>\nV\u00e9rifier la cuisson en tapotant l\u00e9g\u00e8rement, la tarte doit \u00eatre l\u00e9g\u00e8rement tremblotante. Et sinon vous pouvez remettre la tarte en cuisson cinq \u00e0 quinze minutes de plus. Laisser refroidir.
