Poser les rondelles de chorizo sur le cabillaud en les pla\u00e7ant comme des \u00e9cailles.<\/p>\n<p>Placer au four 15 minutes \u00e0 180\u00b0C.<\/p>\n<p>Pendant ce temps, faire cuire le riz pilaf. Dans une cocotte ou un po\u00ealon, faire chauffer l&rsquo;huile.<\/p>\n<p>Emincer l&rsquo;oignon. Le faire revenir dans l&rsquo;huile. Ajouter le riz\u00a0avec\u00a0le sel, le poivre et le 4 \u00e9pices, et faire revenir jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le riz\u00a0soit translucide. Ajouter l&rsquo;\u00e9quivalent du double de la proportion de riz en eau. Faire cuire \u00e0 feu moyen. L&rsquo;eau doit fr\u00e9mir.
