Le m\u00e9langer avec les\u00a0yaourts, le\u00a0curcuma, du sel et\u00a0du poivre. Faire mariner une demi-heure.<\/p>\n<p>Couper en petits d\u00e9s les oignons. Les m\u00e9langer avec l&rsquo;ail coup\u00e9 et le gingembre coup\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Dans une po\u00eale, faire revenir les oignons, l&rsquo;ail et le gingembre dans de l&rsquo;huile. Ajouter le garam massala, la coriandre moulue et le piment. Bien m\u00e9langer?
