Ajouter 3c\u00e0s de vin blanc sec. Faire compoter 45 minutes \u00e0 feu doux \u00e0 couvert puis 10 minutes \u00e0 feu plus fort \u00e0 d\u00e9couvert (pour que le vin blanc s&rsquo;\u00e9vapore.<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 200\u00b0C.<\/p>\n<p>Eplucher et couper le boudin en tranches.<\/p>\n<p>Eplucher les pommes, les couper en 4, enlever le centre puis les couper en fines lamelles.<\/p>\n<p>Etaler et placer la p\u00e2te feuillet\u00e9e dans un plat.<\/p>\n<p>Dans le fond, \u00e9taler la compot\u00e9e d&rsquo;oignon, puis disposer par dessus les rondelles de boudin et les lamelles de pommes.
