Le mettre dans du papier aluminium et laisser reposer au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur pendant 24 \u00e0 48 heures (48, c&rsquo;est meilleur). Vider l&rsquo;eau du papier aluminium toutes les 12 heures.<\/p>\n<p>Couper le concombre en tagliatelles \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un \u00e9conome. Couper la ciboulette.<\/p>\n<p>Fouetter en vinaigrette l&rsquo;huile et le vinaigre.
