Enlever le oeur qui est amer.<\/p>\n<p>Les faire revenir dans le beurre, sucrer, et laisser caram\u00e9liser.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e9glacer au balsamique puis retirer les endives de la po\u00eale.<\/p>\n<p>Mettre le roquefort dans la po\u00eale, le faire fondre. Ajouter 50g de cr\u00e8me fraiche. Laisser r\u00e9duire.
