Ici, j&rsquo;ai fait 4 Chao Pao au poulet et 4 Chao Pao plus m\u00e9tropolitains aux saucisses, ch\u00e8vre et miel<\/p>\n<p>Ingr\u00e9dients pour\u00a08 Chao Pao :<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 750g de farine<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 10g de levure s\u00e8che<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 45g de sucre<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 1 filet de poulet<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 2 c\u00e0s de sauce hu\u00eetre (cela se trouve au rayon Asie des supermarch\u00e9s)<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;\u00a04 chipolatas<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;\u00a04 tranches \u00e9paisses de fromages de ch\u00e8vre<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 1 c\u00e0s de miel<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; huile<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 25cl d&rsquo;eau<\/p>\n<p>M\u00e9langer 10cl d&rsquo;eau ti\u00e8de avec la levure. Laisser reposer 10 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00e9langer la farine, le sucre, 2 c\u00e0s d&rsquo;huile\u00a0et ajouter l&rsquo;eau m\u00e9lang\u00e9e \u00e0 la levure + 5cl. Bien p\u00e9trir. Ajouter de l&rsquo;eau si besoin sans exc\u00e9der 5cl d&rsquo;eau en plus. P\u00e9trir pendant 10 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Laisser la p\u00e2te lever pendant au moins 1h30. Faire ensuite 8 boules de p\u00e2tes et le faire monter \u00e0 leur tour minimum 30 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Pendant ce temps, couper le poulet en petits d\u00e9s, le faire revenir dans l&rsquo;huile 5 minutes et ajouter la sauce hu\u00eetre. R\u00e9server.<\/p>\n<p>Enlever la peau des chipolatas. Faire revenir la chair des saucisses pendant 5 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Etaler les boules de Chao Pao. Sur\u00a04 disques de p\u00e2te mettre le poulet. Sur les\u00a04 autres, r\u00e9partir la chair \u00e0 saucisse, le ch\u00e8vre et le miel. Les refermer en les rabattant sur le dessus.<\/p>\n<p>Mettre chaque boule sur du papier cuisson coup\u00e9 de la taille des Chao Pao. Les faire cuire \u00e0 la vapeur pendant 15 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Puis, au choix, il est possible de les faire griller 3 minutes de chaque cot\u00e9, \u00e0 feu vif, \u00e0 la po\u00eale (comme sur la photo).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp; &nbsp; A Tahiti, les Chao Pao sont mang\u00e9s comme des petits sandwichs.
