Les faire revenir dans de l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive pendant quelques minutes. Quand\u00a0elles commencent \u00e0 colorer ajouter le vin blanc et les faire cuire une vingtaine de minutes pour les confire.<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 200\u00b0C<\/p>\n<p>Couper les feuilles de brick en 2.<\/p>\n<p>Eplucher les boudins blancs et les couper en tranches.<\/p>\n<p>Poser des tranches de boudin et des morceaux \u00e9chalotes\u00a0 dans chaque demi brick et les plier en samossa. Les badigeonner de jaune d&rsquo;\u0153uf \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un pinceau.<\/p>\n<p>Les faire cuire 10 minutes \u00e0 200\u00b0C. Les laisser ti\u00e9dir.
