Le m\u00e9langer au sat\u00e9, \u00e0 la sauce nuoc mam, saler et poivrer. Laisser mariner au moins une heure au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur.<\/p>\n<p>Une fois la viande marin\u00e9e, faire cuire les p\u00e2tes 3 minutes dans une eau fr\u00e9missante.<\/p>\n<p>Emincer l&rsquo;oignon. Faire chauffer un peu d&rsquo;huile dans une po\u00eale et y verser les oignons. Les faire dorer. Ajouter le b\u0153uf marin\u00e9 et la marinade. Faire revenir le tout jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que la viande soit saisie. Ajouter ensuite les 3 c\u00e0s de lait de coco, et laisser fr\u00e9mir le lait jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que la sauce soit bien onctueuse.
