J&rsquo;ai choisi de vous pr\u00e9senter une recette de welsh, plat gallois, fr\u00e9quemment servi dans les restaurants dans le Nord-Pas-de-Calais<\/p>\n<p>Ingr\u00e9dients pour 4 personnes :<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 4 tranches de pain de campagne<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 4 tranches de jambon<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 350g de cheddar r\u00e2p\u00e9 (prendre du bon cheddar que vous r\u00e2pez vous-m\u00eame)<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 50g de gruy\u00e8re r\u00e2p\u00e9<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 1 bi\u00e8re de 25cl (ambr\u00e9 si possible)<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 1 grosse\u00a0c\u00e0s de moutarde (je vous conseille une moutard au raifort, qui donnera plus de pep&rsquo;s)<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 4 \u0153ufs<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; huile<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 180\u00b0C.<\/p>\n<p>Dans une casserole, faire fondre \u00e0 feu doux le cheddar, le gruy\u00e8re, la moutarde et la bi\u00e8re jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange soit onctueux.<\/p>\n<p>Pendant ce temps, faire griller le pain de campagne.<\/p>\n<p>Dans 4 ramequins individuels, mettre les tranches de pain grill\u00e9 entour\u00e9s par une tranche de jambon.<\/p>\n<p>Verser le m\u00e9lange fondu de fromage dessus. Mettre au four 10 minutes \u00e0 180\u00b0C.<\/p>\n<p>Pendant ce temps, cuire les \u0153ufs au plat. D\u00e9poser un \u0153uf au plat\u00a0dans chaque ramequin. Servir aussit\u00f4t.<\/p>\n<p>Bon sur ma photo, l&rsquo;\u0153uf n&rsquo;est pas tr\u00e8s beau car le feu \u00e9tait trop fort lors de sa cuisson.
