Dans une casserole, verser 1\/2L de lait demi-\u00e9cr\u00e9m\u00e9 et 1\/2L d&rsquo;eau et les faire chauffer sans que cela boue. Y plonger les morceaux de haddock et les faire cuire 15 minutes, sans faire bouillir la pr\u00e9paration. Une fois le haddock cuit, \u00e9goutter, lui enlever la peau et l&rsquo;\u00e9mietter.<\/p>\n<p>Couper la t\u00eate des tomates et les vider. Ciseler le basilic. Couper en petits d\u00e9s les tomates confites et la mimolette.<\/p>\n<p>Dans un bol, m\u00e9langer le fromage frais, le haddock, la mimolette, le basilic et les tomates confites. Poivrer.
