Faire des \u0153ufs poch\u00e9s : http:\/\/www.papillonette.fr\/?p=569<\/p>\n<p>Faire fonde le cube de bouillon de volaille dans 1L d&rsquo;eau bouillante. Couper le chorizo classique\u00a0en d\u00e9s et les tranches de\u00a0chorizo large en 6.<\/p>\n<p>Dans une po\u00ealon ou une po\u00eale haute, faire chauffer un peu d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive, ajouter l&rsquo;\u00e9chalote \u00e9minc\u00e9e et la faire revenir pendant de minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Ajouter les tagliatelles, et juste apr\u00e8s le vin blanc pour les attendrir. Bien m\u00e9langer, puis ajouter un peu de bouillon. Bien m\u00e9langer, comme pour un risotto, en laissant progressivement l&rsquo;eau s&rsquo;\u00e9vaporer. D\u00e8s qu&rsquo;il y a presque plus de jus, rajouter du bouillon et ainsi de suite jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que les p\u00e2tes soient al dente. Ajouter alors le chorizo et bien m\u00e9langer. Poivrer l\u00e9g\u00e8rement et saler si c&rsquo;est n\u00e9cessaire.<\/p>\n<p>Verser les p\u00e2tes dans les assiettes, puis ajouter par dessus la mozzarella coup\u00e9e en d\u00e9s et la ciboulette cisel\u00e9e.
