Fouetter. Ajouter le beurre et bien m\u00e9langer. Ajouter ensuite la farine et bien p\u00e9trir puis la levure chimique et p\u00e9trir de nouveau. Mettre la pr\u00e9paration au four pendant 4 heures minimum. Vous pouvez la laisser une nuit.<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 180\u00b0C.<\/p>\n<p>Une fois la pr\u00e9paration bien refroidie, la s\u00e9parer en 3 pour la mettre sur 3 plaques. Etaler les p\u00e2tes entre 2 feuilles de papier cuisson (environ 3mm d&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur) puis couper les biscuits selon la forme d\u00e9sir\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Les mettre \u00e0 cuire entre les 2 feuilles de papier cuisson pendant 12 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Les sortir du four et \u00e9ventuellement ajuster le d\u00e9coupage tant qu&rsquo;ils sont encore moelleux.
