Le cake est la base id\u00e9ale pour de multiples d\u00e9clinaisons.<\/p>\n<p>Ingr\u00e9dients pour un cake pour 6 personnes :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>250g de farine<\/li>\n<li>150g de raisins secs<\/li>\n<li>120g de canneberges s\u00e9ch\u00e9es<\/li>\n<li>50g de graines de goji s\u00e9ch\u00e9es (\u00e0 d\u00e9faut, mettre plus de canneberges)<\/li>\n<li>30g de pruneaux secs<\/li>\n<li>150g de sucre<\/li>\n<li>150g de beurre + un petit morceau pour beurrer le moule<\/li>\n<li>4 oeufs<\/li>\n<li>5c\u00e0s de rhum<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 gousse de vanille<\/li>\n<li>1 sachet de levure chimique<\/li>\n<li>1 pinc\u00e9e de sel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Faire fondre le beurre dans une casserole.<\/p>\n<p>Couper les pruneaux en d\u00e9s, et faire tremper 20 minutes tous les fruits secs dans du rhum. Vous pourrez recycler le rhum en le buvant \u00e0 l&rsquo;ap\u00e9ro (tant qu&rsquo;\u00e0 faire) ou en faisant des bananes flamb\u00e9es, des crevettes flamb\u00e9es etc&#8230; il ne se perd pas.<\/p>\n<p>Donc je disais de mariner les fruits secs dans le rhum.<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 180\u00b0C.<\/p>\n<p>Fouetter le sucre et les oeufs jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange mousse un peu. Puis, ajouter le beurre fondu et une pinc\u00e9e de sel. Ouvrir la gousse de vanille et \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un couteau faire glisser\u00a0ses grains dans la pr\u00e9paration. M\u00e9langer. Ajouter les fruits secs \u00e9goutt\u00e9s (donc sans le rhum).<\/p>\n<p>Ajouter la farine et la levure. Bien m\u00e9langer.<\/p>\n<p>Beurrer le moule \u00e0 cake puis y verser la pr\u00e9paration.<\/p>\n<p>Faire cuire le cake 45 minutes \u00e0 180\u00b0C. Selon votre four le cake va \u00eatre fonc\u00e9 d\u00e8s 35 minutes, recouvrir alors le cake d&rsquo;aluminium pour les 10 derni\u00e8res minutes.
