Ajouter les pleurotes et prolonger la cuisson 10 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 180\u00b0C.<\/p>\n<p>Couper la bresaola en carr\u00e9s. M\u00e9langer les poireaux, les pleurotes, la cr\u00e8me, la bresaola, le mascarpone et le gorgonzola coup\u00e9 en d\u00e9s, et poivrer. Verser le m\u00e9lange bien m\u00e9lang\u00e9 dans un plat allant au four. Ici, j&rsquo;ai opt\u00e9 pour des plats individuels. Saupoudrer de gruy\u00e8re r\u00e2p\u00e9 et de chapelure et faire gratiner pendant 20 minutes. Prolonger 2 minutes \u00e0 240\u00b0C pour bien gratiner le dessus.
