Ajouter la pur\u00e9e de piment et le vinaigre de riz. \u00c9mincer l&rsquo;oignon et couper le poulet en fines tranches. D\u00e9poser les dans la marinade de sauce soja. M\u00e9langer et laisser mariner 30 minutes minimum.<\/p>\n<p>Couper le lard en 6.\u00a0Dans une po\u00eale, le faire griller. L&rsquo;enlever du feu. Ajouter dans la po\u00eale le poulet et sa marinade et faire cuire le poulet \u00e0 feu fort jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le poulet soit cuit et la marinade r\u00e9duite et caram\u00e9lis\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Dans une casserole, verser 3L d&rsquo;eau. Y verser le dashi et les cubes de miso. Faire bouillir.<\/p>\n<p>Couper les champignons en tranches \u00e9paisses et les verser dans la bouillon. Ajouter les vermicelles de riz et laisser les cuire 5 minutes. Ajouter les algues coup\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Dans chaque bol, verser les vermicelles de riz au fond, les champignons, les algues et le bouillon. Ajouter ensuite le poulet et le lard grill\u00e9.
