Enlever la carapace et le couper en d\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Couper les grosses crevettes en d\u00e9s. Badigeonner les de jus de citron et de la pulpe des fruits de la passion. Ajouter le gingembre coup\u00e9 en tous petits morceaux, puis la coriandre cisel\u00e9e. Laisser mariner au moins 30 minutes.
