Quand elle est bien chaude, ajouter les oignons, les \u00e9chalotes \u00e9minc\u00e9s et les amandes de mer (qui cuisent plus longtemps) poivrer, saler l\u00e9g\u00e8rement, et faire revenir 3 minutes \u00e0 eu vif. Ajouter le vin blanc et laisser cuire 5 minutes suppl\u00e9mentaires. Ajouter les moules et les palourdes 3 minutes en m\u00e9langeant bien.
