Les parsemer de romarin, de poivre et d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive. Les faire cuire 1 heure \u00e0 100\u00b0C pour les confire.<\/p>\n<p>Mixer les olives noires, les tomates confites, le parmesan, le basilic et un peu d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive. Ajouter la ricotta et le St moret et bien m\u00e9langer. R\u00e9server au frais une demi-heure.<\/p>\n<p>Couper en lamelles les tranches de chorizo.<\/p>\n<p>Griller le pain au grill.
