Laisser refroidir.<\/p>\n<p>Faire une vinaigrette avec l&rsquo;huile, le balsamique, du sel et du poivre.<\/p>\n<p>Faire revenir dans une po\u00eale les pignons de pin \u00e0 feu vif. Ajouter 70g d&rsquo;\u00e9pinards, et les faire revenir une minute.<\/p>\n<p>Couper les tomates en d\u00e9s et les \u00e9p\u00e9piner, couper les p\u00e9tales de tomates confites en 2 ou 3 selon leur grosseur.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00e9langer le boulgour, le quinoa, les tomates, le basilic, les pignons de pin, les \u00e9pinards cuits et la vinaigrette ensemble.
