Bien les rincer pour enlever toute la terre. Les cuire 20 minutes dans une eau fr\u00e9missante sal\u00e9e, et agr\u00e9ment\u00e9e d&rsquo;herbes de Provence. D\u00e9cortiquer la moiti\u00e9 des bulots.<\/p>\n<p>Faire revenir les crevettes \u00e0 la po\u00eale jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;elles soient ros\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Faire une vinaigrette avec de l&rsquo;huile (4c\u00e0s), du sel, du poivre et du jus de citron (1c\u00e0s).<\/p>\n<p>Couper les tomates cerises en 4, les algues en d\u00e9s et ciseler les \u00e9chalotes.<\/p>\n<p>Dans chaque assiette, d\u00e9poser la salade, les bulots (d\u00e9cortiqu\u00e9s et non d\u00e9cortiqu\u00e9s), les crevettes, les olives, les tomates cerises, l&rsquo;\u00e9chalote et les algues.
