Casser la coquille avec une cuill\u00e8re sans \u00e9caler les oeufs.<\/p>\n<p>Faire chauffer 20cl de sauce soja et 4 c\u00e0s de worecstershire. Faire bouillir puis r\u00e9duire le feu et prolonger 5 minutes la sauce. Verser la moiti\u00e9 dans le bol contenant les oeufs et laisser l&rsquo;autre moiti\u00e9 dans une casserole.<\/p>\n<p>Faire mariner les oeufs 1 heure.<\/p>\n<p>Emincer les oignons et les verser dans la casserole. Cuire \u00e0 feu doux pendant 20 minutes. R\u00e9server.<\/p>\n<p>Griller le s\u00e9same \u00e0 la po\u00eale.<\/p>\n<p>Paner le poulet et le trempant dans de la farine, de l&rsquo;oeuf battu (sal\u00e9 et poivr\u00e9) et de la panure panko.<\/p>\n<p>Cuire le riz \u00e0 la japonaise : faire bouillir 380g d&rsquo;eau sal\u00e9e, verser le riz, couvrir, attendre que \u00e7a boue, baisser le feu \u00e0 feu tr\u00e8s doux, prolonger la cuisson 10 minutes. Stopper le feu puis laisser\u00a0\u00e0 couvert.<\/p>\n<p>Cuire le poulet pan\u00e9 pendant 5 minutes de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9 dans une po\u00eale huil\u00e9e tr\u00e8s chaude.<\/p>\n<p>Couper la ciboulette et s\u00e9parer les feuilles de persil plat.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9caler les oeufs.<\/p>\n<p>Dans un bol, placer le riz, puis le poulet, puis les oeufs, la bonite, le s\u00e9same, la ciboulette et le persil plat.<\/p>\n<p>Dans une casserole, cuire 1 minutes les 4 oeufs restants en m\u00e9langeant r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement. Ils doivent rester presque crus. Les verser au dernier moment dans les bols.
