Retourner le canard et cuire 1 minute c\u00f4t\u00e9 chair. La cuisson est alors tr\u00e8s saignante.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e9poser dans un plat et cuire 5 minutes \u00e0 150\u00b0C. Cela abouti \u00e0 la cuisson sur la photo.<\/p>\n<p>Enlever les zestes de l&rsquo;orange et les presser.<\/p>\n<p>Dans la po\u00eale de cuisson du canard, verser les brocolis coup\u00e9s, les saler et les po\u00ealer 5 minutes \u00e0 feu moyen. Verser le jus d&rsquo;oranger et prolonger la cuisson en m\u00e9langeant r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement pendant 5 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9craser au pilon 2 c\u00e0c de grains de poivres vari\u00e9s<\/p>\n<p>Couper le magret en tranches, les d\u00e9poser dans les assiettes. Les saler, verser du poivre et les zestes d&rsquo;orange.
