Couper le beurre en d\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Dans un grand bol, m\u00e9langer tous les ingr\u00e9dients. Ne pas h\u00e9siter \u00e0 charger en poivre et herbes de Provence.<\/p>\n<p>Faire des p\u00e2t\u00e9s en rond sur une feuille de papier cuisson. Les sabl\u00e9s vont s&rsquo;\u00e9taler un peu lors de la cuisson. Mettre 10 minutes \u00e0 180\u00b0C.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Pour les tartines :<\/p>\n<p>Pour 4 personnes :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>4 merguez<\/li>\n<li>4 grandes tranches de pain au levain<\/li>\n<li>8 tomates cerises<\/li>\n<li>Persil plat<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 200\u00b0C.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9plucher les merguez et les \u00e9mietter. Couper les tranches de pain en 2, couper les tomates cerises en rondelles.
