Faire mariner le saumon 2 heures dans celle-ci. Retourner les 2 filets au bout d&rsquo;une heure.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00e9parer la marinade du saumon.<\/p>\n<p>Faire cuire le saumon en le badigeonnant de temps en temps de marinade. Ne pas faire trop cuire le saumon, il faut qu&rsquo;il reste fondant.<\/p>\n<p>Retirer le saumon du plat, faire bouillir la marinade et la faire \u00e9paissir (5 \u00e0 10 minutes).<\/p>\n<p>Servir le saumon avec de la sauce dessus.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Nouilles soba froides :<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 250g de nouilles soba s\u00e9ch\u00e9es<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 180ml de dashi<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 2 c\u00e0s de sauce soja<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 2 c\u00e0s de miri<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 1 c\u00e0c de wasabi<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; un peu de ciboule<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 1\/2 feuille d&rsquo;algue grill\u00e9e coup\u00e9e en fines lani\u00e8res<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; du wazabi<\/p>\n<p>Faire cuire les nouilles dans de l&rsquo;eau bouillante, les \u00e9goutter, les rincer, les \u00e9goutter une seconde fois.<\/p>\n<p>Faire chauffer le dashi, la sauce soja, le mirin et le sucre jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le sucre soit dissout. Laisser refroidir.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00e9langer cette sauce avec la ciboule et le wasabi (dosage en fonction des go\u00fbts de chacun).<\/p>\n<p>Juste avant de servir, rincer les p\u00e2tes \u00e0 l&rsquo;eau glac\u00e9e (pour les d\u00e9coller), mettre les lani\u00e8res d&rsquo;algues dessus, verser la sauce.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00a0 Saumon Teriyaki : Pour 2 personnes.
