Ajouter la feuille de laurier et la p\u00e2te d&rsquo;oignon. Faire sauter 2 minutes puis ajouter la p\u00e2te gingembre\/ail, bien m\u00e9langer et faire sauter 2 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Ajouter les tomates, les piments et bien m\u00e9langer. Puis ajjouter les \u00e9pices et faire sauter jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 s\u00e9paration de l&rsquo;huile.<\/p>\n<p>Ajouter le lait de coco tout en m\u00e9langeant.<\/p>\n<p>Ajouter les oeufs et bien m\u00e9langer.<\/p>\n<p>Laisser mijoter jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 \u00e9vaporation de l&rsquo;eau et obtention d&rsquo;une sauce. Pour cela, couvrez, et laisser mijoter une 15aine de minutes en m\u00e9langeant de temps en temps, \u00e0 feu doux.
