Ajouter le beurre et m\u00e9langer. Ajouter l\u2019eau m\u00e9lang\u00e9e \u00e0 la levure. M\u00e9langer. Ajouter le lait, et bien m\u00e9langer. Ajouter progressivement le reste de la farine.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00e9trir la p\u00e2te 10 minutes \u00e0 la main (ou au robot si vous pr\u00e9f\u00e9rez).<\/p>\n<p>La p\u00e2te devra \u00eatre lisse et \u00e9lastique, non collante, ni granuleuse. Si besoin, ajouter un peu de farine.<\/p>\n<p>Faire une boule, recouvrir le saladier d\u2019un torchon et laisser reposer entre 1h30 et 2 heures. Plus il fait chaud, plus \u00e7a montera vite (donc 1h30 en \u00e9t\u00e9 et 2h00 en hiver).<\/p>\n<p>Taper la p\u00e2te contre votre plan de travail pour la \u00ab\u00a0d\u00e9gazer\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Faire huit p\u00e2tons \u00e9gaux (des boules un peu aplaties). Les laisser gonfler dans un plat, sur du papier sulfuris\u00e9 pendant 30 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>(si vous optez pour des mini burgers, faire 24 petits p\u00e2tons)<\/p>\n<p>Pendant ce temps, pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 200\u00b0C.<\/p>\n<p>Une fois les petits pains lev\u00e9s, les badigeonner d\u2019un m\u00e9lange d\u2019une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de lait et d\u2019un jaune d\u2019\u0153uf et les parsemer de graines de s\u00e9same.<\/p>\n<p>Cuire les buns de 15minutes \u00e0 20 minutes (en les voyants, vous saurez quand il sont cuits, ils seront bien dor\u00e9s).
