Les couper en 2. Garder 4 t\u00eates pour la d\u00e9co.<br \/>\nFaire chauffer l\u2019huile. Ajouter les asperges, les faire revenir jusqu\u2019\u00e0 coloration, puis ajouter le bouillon de volaille et le beurre.<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 200 \u00b0C pour les tuiles au parmesan.<\/p>\n<p>Mettre l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive \u00e0 chauffer dans une po\u00eale, ajouter les morceaux d&rsquo;asperges et les faire revenir. D\u00e8s que les asperges commencent \u00e0 colorer, ajouter le bouillon de volaille, le beurre et un peu de sel. M\u00e9langer.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Mettre du parmesan sur une plaque allant au four en ronds pour faire des tuiles.
