Ajouter l\u2019eau.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00e9trir pendant 10 minutes \u00e0 la main. Il faut plier la p\u00e2te vers soi avec les poings puis la tourner d\u2019un quart de tour et faire pareil, pendant 10 minutes.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.papillonette.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/06\/p\u00e2te-\u00e0-pain-en-petrissage.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-thumbnail wp-image-853\" title=\"p\u00e2te \u00e0 pain en petrissage\" src=\"http:\/\/www.papillonette.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/06\/p\u00e2te-\u00e0-pain-en-petrissage-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Puis, laisser la boule reposer \u00e0 l\u2019air libre sous un torchon pendant 5 heures minimum.<\/p>\n<p>Couper la p\u00e2te en 8 et faire 8 petites boules (ou des baguettes, ou des rectangles, ou la forme que vous souhaitez. Avec une lame de rasoir, faire des incisions dans le pain. Ca sera plus joli.
