Couper l\u00e9g\u00e8rement les bords pour avoir un peu de p\u00e2te pour faire la d\u00e9co.<\/p>\n<p>Mettre 3 tranches de grison les unes \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 des autres sur la longueur.<\/p>\n<p>Poser le filet mignon sur le grison mettre les feuilles de basilic au dessus.<\/p>\n<p>Couper en fines tranches le crottin. Poser le crottin sur le filet mignon. Mettre deux c\u00e0s de cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche dessus, puis 3 tranches de grison. Fermer le feuillet\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Faire une tresse avec les bouts de p\u00e2te qu\u2019on a gard\u00e9 au d\u00e9part.
