Mettre au milieu une demi-tranche de jambon. Mettre au dessus le gruy\u00e8re\/gouda. Plier en deux.<\/p>\n<p>Tremper l&rsquo;escalope de veau pli\u00e9e dans la farine, puis dans l&rsquo;oeuf puis dans la chapelure. Laisser reposer 30 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Retremper dans l&rsquo;oeuf puis la chapelure.
