Une fois qu&rsquo;elles sont bien dor\u00e9es, verser le vin jaune et le fumet de poisson, laisser r\u00e9duire. Une fois le jus r\u00e9duit, verser la cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche. Bien m\u00e9langer.<\/p>\n<p>Pendant ce temps, saler et poivrer les filets.
